Carlo Sgambato, founder and IT Director of Ingegni, is a versatile professional.
He specialized in digital electronics and later started exploring the world of IT, taking his first steps at Olivetti.
His passion for photography led to Carlo exploring the world of image and light – guiding him to the cinematographic field.
Once in the film industry, he embarked on a journey of professional growth. He held the title of IT Manager at Kiwii, a digital on-set services company and, with his skills, created and innovatively customized IT systems for live streaming and on-demand services on set.
He supervised and managed complex IT infrastructures for Italian and foreign film projects.
An optimistic, persevering, tireless builder of relationships and connections, he deeply believes that ideas, projects and solutions result from collaboration and teamwork.

A graduate of DAMS in Rome, she is a 27-year-old professional. After an internship at Panalight, thanks to the collaboration with Kiwi, she quickly gained experience on international sets, such as Kenneth Branagh’s “Murder in Venice” and Alfonso Cuaron’s “Disclaimer.”
Giulia started as Video Assist/Assistant and later expanded her role by specialising in managing internet networks on set. Her expertise spans remote and local streaming connections, ensuring smooth communications during film productions.
